Register Drivers & Day Guests

It’s getting closer to your stay at Royal Ascot, and we need some information to be able to complete the registration of you and your party in the Windsor Hills arrival system.

Windsor Hills require every driver and day guest to be registered before arrival! If you are not registered, you will NOT be able to enter Windsor Hills! So please, fill out the form below right away!

We need the full name(s) of each driver, their cell phone number and email.
All drivers MUST have a VALID driver’s license
If you are going to only use UBER/Lyft, please register your self as “Driver 1”

Please note

Windsor Hills has a THREE (3) CAR MAXIMUM so we can ONLY register 3 drivers.
Windsor Hills only allows Two (2) cars parked in our driveway, the 3rd car MUST be parked at the overflow parking area.
Windsor Hills has a $100 per incident parking violation fine if you park more than Two (2) cars in our driveway.
